How do I ship the watch to you and who bears the cost?

When you sell or trade in your watch, we cover the cost of domestic shipping within the U.S. and we will provide you with a fully-insured prepaid shipping label.

If you are shipping to us from outside the U.S., you will need to use your own shipping label.

How do I get paid?

We issue you a check or wire transfer of the funds for your watch immediately upon accepting your watch!

How do I know whether your watches are authentic?

All watches on guaranteed to be 100% authentic. You can be confident that any watch you see on Gold Crown Watch Company is authentic inside and out. We do not buy or sell replica watches.

A very small number of pieces in our store may use aftermarket parts (such as a screw)—but in all such cases, this will be clearly disclosed in the product listing.

We carefully and rigorously evaluate and authenticate all pieces in our inventory so that your buying experience is always worry-free.

Does Gold Crown Watch Company have a traditional retail storefront?

No, to keep overhead costs low and pass substantial savings on to you, we put 100% of our energy into serving customers around the world through our website and social media pages.

Can you source a specific watch for me?

We are happy to help you source a watch! If the watch you desire is not in our inventory, we will check with our contacts. We may require a refundable deposit before we source a watch.


How soon do you ship my order, and which delivery service will deliver it?

Your order will be shipped fully-insured by FedEx overnight within 1 business day of payment.

Am I insured against shipping damages or theft?

All our labels, whether we are buying or selling, are fully insured, so you can transact worry-free.

What if I'm not home when the watch is delivered?

For your safety, we require a signature for our packages. When possible, we prefer to deliver to your nearest FedEx location. They will hold your package ensuring you won’t miss delivery. You will be given tracking information at the time of purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping labels must be provided by the customer. Ensure your watch is fully insured.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gold Crown Watch Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Can I arrange personal pick up?

We are in the Kansas City metropolitan area. If you would like to arrange a personal pick up, please call us to arrange it.


Do you accept returns?

We encourage our buyers to be sure of the model prior to purchase. Please ask any questions. We are very happy to help. We will honor returns within 48 hours of receiving the item only if the product is not as described. We do not accept returns for “Buyer’s Remorse”.

Any deposits made against watches shall be considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
