SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. We will send an email notification with the tracking number when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free FedEx overnight shipping with full insurance and signature required within the continental US.

International Shipping

If you are interested in international shipping, please consult with us before making the purchase to confirm your eligibility. If we agree to ship to you, you will be required to provide your own shipping label.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gold Crown Watch Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking Shipping Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@goldcrownwatch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Due to various import duty and tax regulations between countries, we do not provide international labels. International labels will need to be provided to us in advance to ship outside the United States.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to certain limitations, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We encourage our buyers to be sure of the model prior to purchase. Please ask any questions. We are very happy to help. We will honor returns within 48 hours of receiving the item only if the product is not as described. We do not accept returns for “Buyer’s Remorse”.

Any deposits made against watches shall be considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing. See our refund policy
