RETURN POLICY

If anything is ever unsatisfactory about your order or experience, we want to make it right. Superior customer service is our stronghold. Please reach out to resolutions@goldcrownwatch.com and tell us what went wrong.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item was not as described. We do not accept returns for “Buyer’s Remorse”. You are encouraged to take the time you need to be sure of your purchase. We are very happy to help with ask any questions you have.

To be eligible for a return, your return must be shipped to us within 48 hours of purchase and items must be in the same condition that you received them.

To start a return, contact us at resolutions@goldcrownwatch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a fully-insured return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have pursuant to the terms and conditions outlined above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Deposits

Any deposits made against watches shall be considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
